  • Yoga can be translated to “Union”: of Body, Mind, and Soul. With a foundation in Vinyasa training, I will guide you to explore that union through the connection of breath (pranayama) and movement (asana).

    Each session is personalized to your needs & wants; whether that’s strength, grounding, or release. My goal is that you leave feeling deeply connected to yourself, and with some new tools to help you do so.

  • Through posture, breath, and alignment, we can target areas of discomfort and build strength where it’s needed. The practice becomes a way to listen to your body and respond with care and precision.

  • We’ll explore each posture at your pace, focusing on alignment, stability, and ease. My role is to help you feel supported in your body so you can move with confidence and presence, noticing what feels steady, what challenges you, and where there’s space to grow.
