Yoga can be translated to “Union” — of Mind, Body, and Spirit. With a foundation in Vinyasa training, I guide you to explore that union through the connection of breath (pranayama) and movement (asana).
Each session is personalized to your needs & wants; whether that’s strength, grounding, or release. My goal is that you leave feeling deeply connected to yourself, and with some new tools to help you do.
